Once I started HEM, the swelling and bruising subsided significantly and on the 4th day, I was walking comfortably again. I was shocked!

I severely sprained my ankle last week. Within 2 days, I was almost walking normally. By Monday (exactly one week after the injury) I was walking normally and the swelling was almost completely gone. HEM really worked and sped up the healing process to a fraction of the time. Thanks!

I bought this program after contemplating the cost of PT and I am SO GLAD that I did. After only one…let me repeat that, ONE series of the stretching exercises, I am walking with barely a limp, and at about 75% less pain and stiffness. Our 11 year old daughter, Celé, was selected as Captain of the national indoor hockey team for Namibia, but she sprained her ankle 2 days before leaving for the Pro Series Indoor (PSI) Nationals in Cape Town.
